Facebook is seeking an experienced Agency Development Lead (EMEA), Global Agencies. This person will be accountable for managing the relationship with one of our key agency partners at the Holding Group level. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
Play the lead role in developing the holistic regional business of regional Agency Partners
Identify and build innovative marketing strategies to drive large advertiser and agency engagement
Drive relationships and communications between the holding company and Facebook
Manage and negotiate complex agency contracts to successful completion
Work cross-functionally with in-market teams, global teams, business operations, platform, measurement/metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize our sales vertical efforts Develop and implement programs to improve agency experience and education through training, business reviews, and product updates
Interface with key players in the advertising community and represent Facebook at industry events
Maximize efficiency in a constantly changing and growing environment where the process is fluid and creative and unique solutions are desired Lead complex initiatives and deliver scalable agency partner development and organisational improvements Guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories demonstrating the value of Facebook to marketers in the Agency partner channel
Requirements
10+ years marketing and sales experience, 5+ years in digital media
Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Extensive experience in an agency and/or marketing, strategy, and online advertising business
Exceptional organisational and analytical skills
Self motivated, entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable in ambiguous situations
Proven track record with high standards of professionalism
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop solid working relationships inside and outside of Facebook
Deep understanding of media agency business models and experience working with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations
Ability to define and communicate global marketing strategy and agency strategies aligning with business goals
Extensive experience in communicating with C-Level executives and building relationships with key stakeholders across the agency community
Deep knowledge of online business models and Internet/consumer technology, social media and vertical markets
Motivated to connect to regional leadership and a global team
Avid Facebook user and demonstrated knowledge of social media, reseller channels and vertical markets
40%+ travel (EMEA focused)
BA/BS Degree preferred
