The role of the Business Marketing team is to articulate the Facebook for Business value proposition at scale. The ideal candidate will be an excellent marketer with significant experience in digital marketing, including Facebook and other platforms. They will be able to develop excellent content that helps us tell the Facebook for Business story across channels, and will develop a strategy to boost that content with paid media support.
This position is full-time, based in our London Office.
Responsibilities
Brilliance in Execution: Manage campaign execution across digital channels in EMEA, including Facebook for Business website, Facebook Pages and Ads
Leverage datasets to identify opportunities to improve performance, reach, and return on investment of digital marketing activities
Own all aspects of trafficking, optimisation, and troubleshooting with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability
Design and implement test plans (A/B and multivariate) to understand drivers of response and value
Strive for operational excellence
Master of Collaboration: Drive best practice of the Facebook platform and be seen as a Facebook product expert
Report digital marketing results regularly and provide recommendation to leadership and key stakeholders
Collaborate with Creative, Content, Marketing, and Sales teams across the world to share and reapply digital strategies
Contribute to the optimisation of campaign opportunities by using data and insight
Proactively collaborate with cross functional partners
Media Planning, Strategy, and Measurement: Translate business objectives into campaign strategy, proposing campaign structures and implementing measurement solution (derive actionable insights)
Manage planning, execution, ongoing reporting and optimisation of campaigns (oversee budget spend, manage internal analytics and dashboards, provide optimisation and real time targeting recommendations)
Requirements
5+ years of direct digital marketing experience (Facebook expertise preferred)
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to act independently
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Experience working with SQL is a plus
Extensive experience as a Facebook user and with Facebook’s ad products
Understanding of major advertising success metrics
Experience planning, delivering, and executing media, measurement, and creative strategy
Experience presenting stakeholders at a variety of levels
Strong project management abilities, with experience completing projects with minimal direction with high attention to detail
Experience providing insights and campaign optimisations/recommendations
Able to extract insights from FB and customer data independently using Excel, scripting languages and other tools
Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners
Experience leading and managing initiatives with support from team/manager
Demonstrated experience analysing data sets and delivering actionable insights
