Director - Local Community Engagement - LEGO Group - London

Do you have a passion for Corporate Social Responsibility and community engagement? Looking for an opportunity to lead community efforts within a globally recognised brand?

We are looking for a commercially aware community engagement expert who can design and deliver our global CSR activities, collaborating with the LEGO® foundation. Leading a remote team you’d be responsible for managing the program, including activities, charitable donations and employee engagement.


Your specific tasks include:

- Building and developing your Local Community engagement team, who will work alongside you to champion, anchor and execute the program.
- Continually develop global processes and policies, alongside impact measurement tools and KPI management.
- A key focus on sustaining engagement by developing and promoting a vision of the program that gains buy in and support from all LEGO® employees.
- Management of a large budget for all activities and community support offerings.
- Ensure complete and uncompromised compliance at all times.

Challenges and Opportunities

This is a brand new role here at LEGO®, so it’s a big task. It’s also extremely exciting and will see you able to travel globally to support the work that you and your team will be doing. This really is a role for someone who has a personal passion for community engagement.
