Managing and developing client relationships, exhibiting best practice in client handling
Counselling clients confidently on PR, digital and social engagement
Driving every aspect of creating and implementing innovative communications programmes
Contributing to client development plans and overseeing client campaigns
Maintaining strong relationships with the media, directing media engagement strategy for clients
Writing PR plans, proposals and longer form PR materials
Presenting confidently and expertly
Assisting with overall financial management – forecasting, hours allocation for team members, project & plan budgeting, managing servicing levels.
Identifying potential leads and areas of growth within existing clients as well as broader opportunities to develop practice specialisms
The ideal candidate for this role will have/be:
A background in corporate PR and reputation management, across both traditional and online channels
An interest in international business, brand reputation, social causes, and/or politics and international affairs, with the ability to advise clients in these arenas
The ability and experience to provide senior clients with clear, confident and well-informed strategic counsel under pressure
The capability to think and apply solutions quickly
Strong communications skills, verbal and written (able to develop high-quality strategy and positioning documents, messaging, client proposals and editorial)
The ability to effectively manage budgets and teams
Experience of contributing to internal planning and overall profitability
Experience of multi-market coordination
Creative, ambitious and displays strong initiative
Passion for networking, both internally and externally, to develop contacts and generate new thinking and ways of working
Interest in developing new client solutions and deploying them globally, particularly in the digital space
