Implement a ‘no surprises’ reporting environment, executing improvements across the finance agenda, ensuring a clean balance sheet and enabling a strong cash position.
Lead the finance team, developing individuals to improved performance levels and enabling succession plans across the function.
Own the 5 year planning process, budget and rolling forecast, playing a key role in guiding the overall strategic growth of the division.
Represent the business unit internally and externally, working collaboratively with other business units and functions to promote the achievement of company and corporate objectives.
As an impressively well rounded, emotionally intelligent and tenacious senior finance professional, you will demonstrate first class communications skills and high levels of intellectual horsepower. Having contributed to both top and bottom line growth, you will have exec level business partnering experience and a background of delivering decision support and financial control best practice across a challenging environment.
