Job description
Position Purpose
Responsible for driving the operational performances within all ADI branches across Europe and creating and sustaining an exceptional environment through the provision of excellent facilities and real estate support.

Key Areas of Responsibility and Roles
• Working with Regional Business Leaders, Country Sales Leaders and Branch Managers to meet and exceed operational performance metrics including (but not limited to) Revenue, Operating Income, Shrink and throughput, Internal Audit Scores, Freight costs and DG Compliance.

• Implement ADI and Honeywell initiatives and behaviours, resolving operational issues by coaching / advising and guiding branch teams.
• Develops standard Branch operating policies and procedures and provides training for Branch Managers on same.
• Leads and develops a team of employees and subcontractors in providing Facilities Management services across the ADI property portfolio.
• The role also combines portfolio management, capital projects and strategic planning to support regional business objectives, enable growth and optimize the effective use of ADI's real estate assets. This involves managing all aspects of the Facilities & Real Estate processes, leveraging both internal functional partners and external service provider resources, from setting the relevant facility strategy right through to the delivery of the final operating solution.

Education / Experience / Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree
• Significant experience in retail or other branch network management
• Experience in facilities management and real estate
• Strong verbal, written, organization and analytical skills
• PC literacy
• Leadership
• Multi-tasking skills
• Team mentality

Health And Safety Requirements

Close liaison with HS E function to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in Branch Network
Employee must respect and follow all requested tasks coming from procedure requirements related to work safety and fire prevention.

HOS Requirements

Close liaison with HOS team to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in Branch Network
Fully support the ADI EMEA HOS strategy and the ADI Global Gold Enterprise

Other Requirements
