The pioneer and leader in platforms for the Internet of Things (IoT), now in its hyper-growth phase, is looking for an experienced Director Operator Sales with a drive for excellence, the energy of a true hunter, and the strategic sales skillset of a true challenger!
Reporting to our Managing Director-EMEA, you will be responsible for driving sales of the Jasper platform to a set of named mobile network operators across the EMEA region.
To be considered for this position, you must have minimum 7+ years of BSS business development or selling experience within the mobile network operator space in the European market.

Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify and prioritize prospective mobile operator customers
• You must be a deal creator and a deal closer! You need to be able to sell the value of the Jasper product portfolio to create demand, secure budget, and close opportunities within the mobile network operator community
• Engage with C-Level and other senior executives at mobile operators to tell the Jasper story and present the Jasper platform value proposition and commercial terms
• Lead the Jasper response to RFIs, RFPs and other formal/informal inquiries from prospective operator partners
• Develop and present product and technical workshops with prospective mobile operator partners to complete due diligence during the sales process
• Collaborate with Jasper product, marketing, engineering, operations and finance team to ensure each new operator agreement can be commercially successful and profitable for Jasper
• Build trusted relationships with prospective operator partners to gain buy-in from key stakeholders, develop their business case, create a sense of urgency and drive a Jasper decision
• Negotiate commercial agreements with select mobile operators in Europe and Russia
• Must be willing to travel 50% or more

Skills & Experience:
• 7+ years of business development or selling experience within the mobile network operator space selling BSS applications
• Experience closing large deals with mobile network operators in EMEA market a must
• Knowledge of core network systems and BSS/OSS Solutions a must
• Experience in the Internet of Things / M2M market a plus
• You must have experience CLOSING multi-million dollar deals with MNO’s
• You must have experience bringing new MNO focused products to market in Europe region
• Business or communications degree
• Ability to articulate the value proposition of Jasper’s platform
• Excellence building and selling financial business cases to mobile operators (front-end selling)
• Outstanding skills and experience in selling and negotiating complex service deals to successful closure with mobile operators
• Interaction with C Level executives – Comfortable, Confident, Experienced
• Ability to create a sense of urgency – You are a hunter and will aggressively prospect into your account base
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation and customer interfacing skills
• Relationships and historical success generating new business opportunities in European Region
• Strong relationship development skills
• Knowledge of the BSS/OSS and mobile networking landscape a must
