We are looking for someone to fill a core leadership role in our global meta team. The role offers the opportunity to have an immediate impact and to be given the ability to grow and advance a fast growing channel in an exciting, online travel company. You will be responsible for performance of our campaigns on TripAdvisor and Trivago in EMEA and APAC and will manage a team of 3+. You will be responsible for ensuring that traffic acquired from TripAdvisor and Trivago meets the ROI goals of the business. To do this you will work with your team to design and test new campaign strategies and take action to control and improve performance. You will need strong analytical and problem solving skills to be successful in this role.
This position will report to the Senior Director for TripAdvisor and Trivago, Hotels.com

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Push the limits of Hotels.com thinking on how to operate performance based marketing channels
• Understand the complexities of campaign performance and evaluate growth to identify opportunity gaps
• Work closely with the global TripAdvisor and Trivago and wider meta team to collaborate on ideas, implementation and learnings
• Recommend changes in spend level with partners while being able to articulate potential impact
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues across internal and external teams to arrive at solutions quickly
• Conceptualize campaign adjustments, design and implement testing and evaluate results
• Generate and disseminate reporting to ensure that the wider team is aware of advertising performance trends
Knowledge, Skills & Ability Required:
• Bachelor's degree with strong analytical focus (Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, etc)
• Proven ability in a highly analytical commercial environment, experience in online marketing a plus
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills; must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make decisions
• Able to develop strong working relationships with internal peers and external partners, and able to get cooperation in a non-authority relationship
• Very strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable delivering presentations to senior level executives.
• Comfort with data driven business management
• Attention to detail in executing complex projects and ability to prioritise when faced with time-sensitive deliverables
