As an Inbound Customer Sales Executive, you will be talking to existing customers that are moving home and they have enough to worry about with furniture, family and not forgetting the cat, so we need you to make their lives as easy as possible whilst looking for potential opportunities.

Providing TV, mobile phone, home phone and super-fast broadband services across the UK, we work hard to understand our customers’ needs and create packages that meet them. As you help to provide outstanding value and a range of brilliant products, you’ll bring our fantastic customer service to life. And you’ll be valued and rewarded for what you do.

You’ll be the voice of Virgin Media, so your phone manner is a big deal here. When our customers call, you’ll need to build a rapport faster that you can say ‘optical-fibre’ broadband. By asking all the right questions and using your radar like listening skills to spot sales opportunities; you’ll be required to promote additional products and services to ensure you smash your monthly targets. We’re looking for people who will fit into the role quickly - previous sales experience will really help, however if you think you have raw talent don't be put off as we offer full training.

Asking all the right questions, you’ll listen carefully to their answers to find out exactly what they need. As you gain their trust and raise their interest, you’ll tell them about the benefits of the full range of Virgin Media products and services - and you’ll help them to find the products and tailored packages that make them happy.

Our targets are challenging, yet rewarding, and we need you to put in 110%. We want Terminators, but without the bad hair. Don’t worry, though, we’ll help fill your noggins full of product knowledge during our comprehensive induction training course, there’s also plenty of ongoing coaching and support to help develop you and your career!
