Account Director - USP Creative - Liverpool
Job description
Providing strategic, creative and client focused leadership you will motivate, direct and develop the Account Team, whilst driving key client business growth and profitability.
You will cultivate strong long-term relationships with clients, understanding and exceeding their needs in the delivery of stunningly effective creative work and pre-empting their needs.
You will have substantial knowledge and a thorough understanding of branding, creative design, marketing and events with a demonstrable track record in winning and retaining accounts.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service and quality of work, and the relationship between the client and the creative team runs smoothly. As part of the senior management team you will play an integral role in growing existing accounts and contribute to acquiring new accounts moving forwards.
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills and experience required:
Solid agency account management experience (10 years plus)
Excellent project management skills - ensuring work is completed within the studio on time and to budget
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills (both written and spoken) and diplomacy
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to think strategically on the spot
Excellent problem solving skills
Adaptable approach
