Vice President - Sales - Demica - London
Job description
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Demica as Vice President - Sales. The primary responsibilities of the role include:
Calling on senior executives in financial institutions in Europe, partners in private equity firms and CFOs for the purpose of selling Demica’s consulting, advisory and processing services for our supply chain finance, trade receivables securitisation and invoice discounting products.
Developing and executing a sales plan for the market to maximize sales opportunities.
Identifying new opportunities for products and services within the existing and prospective client base.
Qualifying opportunities and subsequently co-ordinating the resources required to close sales opportunities in a multi-call sales cycle.
Managing the execution of contracts and other documentation required to complete/close the sales process.
Desired Skills and Experience
Person Specification
Experienced in selling either supply chain finance products or trade receivables securitisation products and consultancy services at a senior management level.
A proven track record of closing business at a senior level and of delivering and exceeding personal sales targets.
A proven ability to generate leads and manage the sales process.
Excellent inter-personal skills, including a track record of building business relationships.
An innovative, customer orientated thinker, able to identify and exploit niche market opportunities.
A team builder and player with emotional maturity.
Absolute personal and business integrity.
Able to represent Demica confidently at trade shows and conferences, possibly presenting and taking part in panel discussions.
Business travel will be required.
Multilingual ability would be a plus.
