Job Description
We are looking to expand our technology leadership team with the appointment of an Implementation and Solution Director. This is a key role as part of a new leadership team that will work with the CIO to develop and implement a new vision and strategy for the technology services business that offers personal growth opportunities as the business starts to achieve its growth plans
Your role as Implementation & Solutions Director will be to own and direct client delivery from the time a lead is successfully generated by our sales team. Taking our clients through the pre-sales phase your department will ensure their needs are understood and met and work closely with them until the responsibility of the clients’ new product is handed over to our IT Service team. In addition to your responsibility of managing client deliveries you will be responsible for a team of pre-sales and solution delivery professionals.


To lead and manage a team of pre-sales Consultants, Business Analysts and Project Managers
To develop a market leading systems and product delivery capability
To manage client delivery portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the clients products
To build a strong working relationship with the Sales and Application & Product Development teams, in turn ensuring the best experience for clients
Supporting the sale of solutions and products to clients, from engaging with the client after the initial lead is sourced and the further selling of Charles Taylor’s products and services once embedded with a client (including response to client RFP’s etc.)
Build and maintain positive relationships with client stakeholders
Provide client training

Experience:

Extensive experience in being the “face” or lead consultant to a client, managing relationship with clients
Previous experience of working in a Systems Integrator, or similar organisation, leading the delivery of large and complex applications and products to clients in implementation stage
Experience in managing a diverse team of technology and project practitioners
Experience in overseeing the sale and build of solutions with the technology field
