Job Description:
Through a strong understanding of social platforms the candidate takes an active role in all aspects of a social project—identifying brand’s issues, running competitive benchmark, forming recommendation, building architecture of programs, drafting the budget, defining the drivers of performance and the KPI’s framework.
Account Director/Social Strategists are experts in understanding how social platforms can be leveraged not as a broadcast media but narrowcast, in designing engaging experience through insights, technologies and expertise, with a constant testing/learning approach. They work closely with the client team to continuously improve the thinking, direction of the strategy, and recommended programs and tactics.
Main Responsibilities
• Global responsibility & coordination to client’s management
• Development & follow-up of long term Social Strategy (Content & Amplification) including – platforms, pillars, ideas, formats, segments
• Ensure LT alignment with client’s communication strategy
• Relation and coordination with client’s lead agencies on Content
• Responsible for the integration of client’s corporate vision, values & initiatives in the social strategy & content
• Define KPIs and Dashboards
• Global team organization & budget management
Profile
We Are Looking For a Account Director/Social Strategist With a Strong Background In Social And Digital Media. The Ideal Candidate Would Have The Following Background
• Solid experience in social/digital marketing,
• Expert understanding of social media (content, media and platforms) and established understanding of the wider digital communications landscape
• Track record in managing large global business with strong client strategist skills
• Experience in B2C and B2B ideally
• Able to manage multiple projects and lead a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong analytical and strategic skills
• Firm understanding of the marketing & communications space
• Global brand experience highly valued
• Experience of working on premium/luxury brands (preferred but not essential)
• Superior communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Eager to travel (UK and Switzerland mainly)
• English native / French is a plus
