Job description
Key Responsibilities
Responsible to the overriding strategy and growth of DES EMEA & APJ (portfolio, campaigns, deliverables etc)
Regular meetings with DES Global team to ensure universal/global strategy where possible
Responsible for quarterly DES revenue and margin targets and sales awareness activities for EMEA
Liaises with the EMEA Sales and Marketing organizations to ensure DES is featured as part of Dell solutions mix

Owns website content updates and engages EMEA marketing around DES strategy/campaigns and future segment plans
Leads program execution by establishing and influeincing operating policies
Owns relationship at strategic level with outsourced suppliers, including regualr business reviews and SLA accountability

Essential Requirements
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline
Extensive Training Industry experience
Experience with establishing and implementing strategy in a complex organization
Expert presentation skills required for interaction with sales team, customers and executive level management
General knowledge of Dell technology and product solutions
Consultancy skills
Expert project management experience with effective prioritizing and documentation skills
