A sense of resilience and humour are a must. You?ll be inquisitive, an enabler, determined, and you?ll approach everything with exploration and excitement. The Studio Director will be a figurehead in our new Studio, firm, unflappable and excited by the challenge of creating a high performing Studio that is focused on doing things the right way.
