• Provide insights on industry sectors, market dynamics, structuring challenges and the economy as a whole
• Have good financial analysis skills (relevant qualification helpful but not essential) and ability to demonstrate full understanding of financial statements
• Capable of creating a pitch document, thinking through buyer populations and deal processes independently
• Familiarity with LBO structuring model
• Good Negotiation skills
• Excellent standard of oral and written English
• Managing team members and showing leadership in a successful team environment
• Capable of leading an intelligent business conversation on a wide range of topics with business owners and senior management
• Understands business strategies and applies them in business analysis
• Strong project management skills
• Have a network of peers in the local professional community resulting in introduction of potential new work opportunities
• Ability to originate deal ideas

• Managed staff on deal based projects

• Led meetings with owner managers / senior managers at corporate clients including advising
• Active role in pitching to owner managers / senior managers at corporate clients
• A current or aspiring director who has consistently delivered projects working to deadlines
