We are seeking an experienced senior HR practitioner to take responsibility for developing our people framework and delivering against this. The successful incumbent will be able to operate confidently between strategic plans and operational activities. The Director, People will develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with our business plan. This role will be based in our London office and will require regular communication with our country locations.
This is an exciting time to join our HR team as we look to build core process in specific areas of HR and develop strength in business partnering.
