The BPI Director will be a member of the GES International (GESi) BPI Leadership team reporting directly to the Vice President BPI & Process Automation GES International.
He/she will work with and collaborate directly with the BPI Regional Managers and the best of breed service delivery organization.

The BPI Director will have no direct reports but he/she will matrix manage associated field BPI managers within his/her designated countries.
This role will have high visibility with executive management and requires mature leadership skills as well as strong change management skills.
Essential Responsibilities
Actively identify and take ownership of process improvement and automation opportunities within the designated region utilising proven process improvement techniques such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, Business Process Management Systems and robotic process automation.
Establishing and maintaining BPMS and BPI way of working within their designated countries.
Appropriately using PMO tools and metrics to coordinate projects and track progress and ROI.
Conduct Kaizen workshops and ensure the associated agreed action points are implemented in a timely manner.
Developing BPI leaders within his/her designated countries to be proficient in facilitating Kaizens, committed to the identification and execution of process improvement opportunities.
Proactively monitor business performance / operating results within the region against plans and objectives, taking adequate steps to ensure shortfalls in BPI Initiative performance are corrected.
Leading assigned projects or initiatives as agreed with the Vice President BPI & Process Automation.
Effective delivery of BPI communication relating to strategy, activities and performance.
Ensuring BPI Activities are aligning globally and regionally in their designated countries.
Manage resources effectively to ensure quality, consistency, cost effectiveness and excellence of service.
Engage and collaborate with teams within the region to create and maintain a continuous improvement culture.
Implement on-going Management Information reporting and metrics within the region.
Critical Success Factors
Support the development of the BPI and PMO strategy for GES International. Drive continual process improvements within the region to satisfy competitive challenges and to achieve optimum operational performance.
Identify and use technology to automate business processes to facilitate achievement of GES Internationals strategic goals.
Identify and communicate BPI and PMO best practices across the region.
Ensure consistent rollout of BPI initiatives across the region as well as alignment with GESi strategic objectives.
Proactively partner with functional leaders to monitor the health of the business operations as it relates to client satisfaction, service, relationship management, operations, security and training and actively collaborate with field business partners and execute improvement strategies where needed.
Actively identify and drive initiatives to increase efficiency in Set-up and Service processes.
Ability to challenge established processes or procedures and generate innovative ideas for creatively enhancing service and solutions.

Extensive experience in successfully executing on BPI initiatives, tools and systems.

Qualifications & Experience
• Education:
Degree or equivalent
Work Experience
2-3 years' experience in Operations, Service or Implementation with large multi-national companies.
Extensive experience in Business Process Improvement and Change Management with a proven track record in delivering results.
Experience working in international environments is a plus.
