Senior Creative Marketing Manager LEGO London

We are looking for a Senior Creative Manager for our new platform that will connect all LEGO® experiences for kids – a social platform with the objective to build and deepen ongoing relationships with LEGO kids to inspire creativity over multiple platforms such as print, app and web.

Your specific tasks include:
• Owning the transition of membership into the platform. Including rebranding of the print
• Driving the print experience forward in connection to the digital experience developments to deliver a personal, inspirational and social experience by leveraging digital print capabilities and big data
• Integrating the print and digital strategy to maximize the user journey across platforms
• Bringing a deep understanding of the consumer within the target age range, translate findings and insights into developing the experience across print and digital
• Focusing on Big data, leveraging opportunities presented through the data to create a highly inspirational experience
Challenges and Opportunities
You will join this new role in a change and transformation period where some processes and procedures are still left to be defined. This role will have contact points across countries, internally and across external partners, were you have to remotely challenge and influence your stakeholder group. It will be a great opportunity for someone who want to be a part of defining the future of the LEGO consumer experience in our journey of building a bridge between our print offering and our new digital experiences to kids.
Do you have what it takes?
• Extensive background from a marketing role, with print and digital experience
• Ideally a digital native with an understanding of the media landscape and the full marketing mix
• Experience in working in an agile, adaptable environment, and used to navigate in a matrix organisation
• Exceptional influencing skills with the ability to bring people together
• Creative mindset and know how to use your ability to think innovatively through the data and insights you come across
• Highly organized and structure in your approach, know the importance of keeping deadlines and delivering high quality
• High personal drive, who are used to work independently and seek out direction proactively
The role can be based in either Billund (Denmark) or London.
