As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with our vendor partner You will focus on the rhythm of the business, supporting the vendor management team in running a successful AdWords Sales team, and ensuring the vendor representatives have the Google product and internal tool knowledge to be successful. You will be required to work closely with the central management teams (Marketing and External Telesales Operations) in Dublin and Mountain View. This role will involve large-scale program management and business development.

Responsibilities
Consult and strategize with our Account and Agency strategists and Managers to identify and execute best in class performance.
Analyze team performance and work with internal stakeholders to invest in required changes to improve overall team productivity and ROI.
Work with Sales and Marketing teams to identify and execute tailored onboarding and market programs across the spectrum of new advertisers being acquired by the department.
Serve as onsite Google representative providing Google-specific product and tool support for our vendor partner. Act as a liaison between our vendor and country B2B Marketing Team. Coordinate with relevant internal Google departments.
Support the Small- and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) through effective business partnering and overall support of our vendor operations.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Significant and relevant sales experience.
