The role of the C&T team is to provide the strategic framework and steering for all of the organisational cultural renewal (OCR) work streams, with the aim of further developing and embedding the Sky mission and mind-set across the 30,000 strong organisation. Central activities also include strategic engagement across all Sky markets, thought leadership and events, and company-wide special projects.

Key Responsibilities
The role presents a unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious professional to shape the strategy and help deliver this change programme. The role reports directly to the Group Director of Culture & Transformation.
• Working at a senior level within the group, to help shape and deliver the overarching organisational cultural renewal programme, reporting directly to the Group Director of Culture & Transformation
• Building strong and trusted stakeholder relationships across the senior leadership of the UK, German and Italian businesses
• Coordinating and ensuring the effective execution of the programme work-streams from start to finish
• Motivating and managing a diverse team with direct and indirect reporting lines into you
• Managing budgets and costing projects, as required
• Liaising with partners and other external organisations, such as creative and technology agencies, who help us deliver our work
• Assessing the impact of the OCR programme, capturing and managing risks
• Promoting a culture which is outward-looking and always thinking about how we can better serve our customers
Candidate Specification
• Extensive experience working in a large, complex organisation. Experience in media and entertainment valuable, but not required.
• Proven ability to influence and impact, developing and communicating a vision, confidence to challenge
• Comprehensive understanding of business and culture change approaches, as well as effective project management experience
• Experience in managing work streams run by multiple business sponsors
• Smart, inquisitive personality, looking to solve problems and able to think quickly and creatively to overcome the barriers
• Good facilitation and presentation skills, effective at making a compelling case, whether to a client or at an event
• Strong attention to detail, able to move quickly between high level strategic thinking and detailed delivery.
• Resilient, flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous situations
• Likely suited to someone with a consulting background with transformation exposure
