Salesforce Commerce Cloud is looking for a Director Project Delivery (PD) within its Client Services (CS) EMEA organization. The PD Director will report into the Senior Director Client Services EMEA and will be responsible for developing and leading Client Services’ full lifecycle project delivery practice across the EMEA region. The PD Director will manage a team of Project Managers and Solution Architects with the main focus of the role being successful project delivery, customer satisfaction & organizational growth.

Working closely with Sales team in the sales process to define, sell & negotiate projects including ownership of services commercials & contracts.
Responsibility for team utilization, recruitment, retention, performance evaluation, competence development, coaching & team building.
Developing & maintaining cost effective partner relations to staff projects as appropriate.
Drives project excellence & profitability on all client engagements meeting client & business requirements and driving billable utilization, revenue & margin to meet targets agreed with senior management.
Leading & managing efforts for creation & continuous improvement of project delivery methodology, processes & tooling, working closely with the global Center of Excellence team, and ensuring appropriate alignment with other project delivery teams in other global regions.
Working closely with the account management team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
Working closely with other delivery teams in the Salesforce organization to ensure aligned methodology & deliverables on combined programs of work.
Helping ensuring the overall profitability of the CS EMEA team. Participating in the global CS management team.
Responsible for all activities surrounding the delivery of services, successful implementations, and overall client satisfaction.
Seek additional revenue opportunities and negotiate statements of work to maximize revenue generation.
Serve as escalation point for client issues and concerns. Resolve complex business problems.
Oversee appropriate 3rd party project resources. Work closely with CS management on capacity planning, resourcing requirements for major projects & resource competence development plans.
Be a spokesperson internally and externally to support development and growth of the assigned practice.
Manage internal communication to employees. Work with remote employees.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years’ relevant industry and leadership experience.
Proven track record of leading, managing & delivering successful enterprise level multinational eCommerce projects. Ideally with Demandware/SaaS experience, or experience with other enterprise level eCommerce solutions such as Hybris, ATG, or Websphere.
Strong & deep experience of different project delivery methodologies utilizing Agile/Scrum methods.
Proven track record of driving & managing utilization, revenue & margin within a professional services organization.
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly-changing environment.
Experience creating & concluding Statements of Work, collaborating and negotiating with sales, legal and customer teams.
Ability to build, motivate, guide, inspire, and drive high performing teams.
Managing teams including goal setting and performance reviews.
Proven ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external business relationships with various levels of management up to C-level.
Experience working with, and or coordinating the efforts of multiple parties.
Ability to manage forecast / pipeline and reflect a true position with date driven deadlines.
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work as a team member and customer liaison.
Negotiation and diplomacy skills in managing customer and internal issues.
Excellent analytical skills and high aptitude with ability to learn quickly.
University degree educated.
This role will require occasional travel up to 50%.
Experience of working within a services organization within a leading software vendor or SaaS provider, ideally in eCommerce space, would be an advantage.
Experience leading & working with near/off shore development teams would be significant advantage.
