You’ll be part of the Degree Education and Career Centre team which is responsible for sourcing global talent, delivering a rigorous and eclectic learning experience and maximising career opportunities across the School’s degree programme portfolio. Their work maintains its standards and reputation, and ensures it maintains it important strategic and financial contributions to the School.

In this pivotal managerial position you’ll work closely with colleagues from across the School, directing the MBA or MIF programme through curriculum development and programme experience delivery. You’ll be responsible for the on-going success of one of the world’s best programmes, helping to position it as the clear choice for the very best students. Managing a team of circa fifteen, you’ll help build the long-term success of the London Business School programme by:
• Delivering an outstanding programme experience for students.
• Working closely with wide range of School stakeholders to ensure exceptional delivery.
• Leading a comprehensive change programme of enhancements following our recent Programme Review.
• Engaging personally with students, faculty and alumni.
• Working with the School’s Executive Director to define the programme’s long-term strategy.
• Working with the Press Office to maximise press coverage of the MBA/MIF programme.
• Managing the performance and development of your team members.

Who We Are Looking For

• Solid understanding of the graduate management education market.
• A genuine interest in business and management education.
• Substantial general management experience, either in a corporate setting or in management education.
• Strong leadership, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree essential; a Masters is preferred and an MBA would be advantage.
