Enterprise Architecture. The Enterprise Architecture practice undertakes assignments to identify, shape, plan and realize business change to create engaging user experience, create value from business operations, enable well founded decision making and enable businesses to create value from EA.
Job Summary
The Associate Practise Partner is a key member of Wipro’s Consulting team. The primary focus of the APP is to sell and deliver EA services in a manner consistent with the EA global practice’s best practices and methodologies. The APP is expected to work in a collaborative manner with senior members of the clients’ organizations and with other members of the engagement team, whilst bringing both thought leadership and a high degree of broad expertise and credibility to each engagement.
As an experienced member of the team, an Associate Practise Partner is expected to be a trusted advisor to our clients and be able to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems. This includes mentoring the client, other members of the practice and engagement teams on best practices and Wipro’s consulting services. In addition, this role involves contributing to Wipro’s knowledge capital through the development and reuse of practice frameworks and tools.
As a senior member of the Practice an APP is expected to contribute to the business development of the practice through the identification of opportunities within existing clients, sell and present standard service offerings and to lead RFP responses.
Also an APP is expected to be able to develop and close client specific proposition on the back of opportunities qualified and/or developed by the practice partners.

Responsibilities
Identify opportunities within Enterprise Architecture and sell the Practice services into a specific strategic Banking account
Participate in and lead strategic projects in the account
Develop and maintain strong client relations with senior and C-level executives—develop new insights into the client’s business model and pain points, and deliver actionable, high-impact results.
Conduct Goals, Question, and Metric exercise for aligning, defining and implementing overall organization objectives.
Participate in client engagements including oversight of business transformation activities.
Lead and mentor other consultants within WCS and across Wipro Technologies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction during delivery.
Support business development in the Banking account through proactive opportunity identification, proposition development, RFP responses and supporting practice partners to close deals.
Provide project and program support and help the account management team develop new opportunities within the client space.
Work with Account team and others to prioritize tasks and schedule activities.
Plan and ensure project execution is well within aggressive timelines.
Determine and articulate ROI for individual and overall IT services rendered during client engagements.
Contribute thought capital through the creation of executive presentations and position papers.
Qualifications (Must Have)
Relevant practitioner experience: Consulting: 12 years
Experience in Banking doman
Broad range if IT experience including a specialism in Business Architecture and/or Application Architecture
Some experience of Information Architecture or Infrastructure Architecture is a nice to have
Specialism (3 or more); Business Model analysis, Business Capability Modelling, Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, Enterprise Portfolio Management, EA Maturity assessments, Value of EA, Strategic Capability Analysis, EA Governance, Transition Planning, Business driver analysis, Information Management, Infrastructure services
Experience in design, implementation an EA function within a large corporate environment.
Enterprise Architecture experience at a top tier consulting firm is preferable.
Prior responsibility for leading Enterprise Architecture Initiatives within a large corporate environment is desirable.
Experience in working with large distributed teams in a highly dynamic environment, preferably involving an onshore/offshore model is highly desirable.
A good technologist with an understanding of technologies covering solution architecture, application architecture and infrastructure is an advantage.
Extensive experience with frameworks such as TOGAF, IT-CMF, Risk IT, REA, Business Model Canvas, etc.
Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel)
Qualifications (Nice to Have)
A strong and well-rounded understanding of business process management issues, reengineering techniques and sourcing decision frameworks is required.
Extensive knowledge of SOA strategies and governance structures.
Knowledge of regulatory influences facing specific industries (HIPPA, GLB, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc)
CISA, CISM, CISSP certification
