Responsibilities
As Senior Project Manager / Business Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
Engaging in Global Risk Management and enterprise wide project planning and prioritisation
Developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
Facilitating the development of the COO group, managing tactical projects to strengthen controls and routines
Ensuring adequate governance framework is in place across the group for all GRA related change
Ensuring the group adheres to the governance framework, complying with all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory guidance
Ensuring GRA are engaged with Global Risk Management and Enterprise Change routines
Reporting monthly and ad hoc management status reporting of all change across GRA
Understanding and explaining current and forecast financials across our ‘business as usual’ and initiative pools
Reviewing and maintaining of financial hierarchy
Seeking out and drive forward opportunities for efficiencies across the group or Enterprise and cost savings
Qualifications
As Senior Project Manager / Business Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Degree qualification in Business Studies, Finance, Accounting or Mathematics
Several years’ experience working in financial services / investment banking
Experience in managing large programs/projects and associated financials
Experience with designing organisational support models for large and complex organisations
Experience with establishing and performing control frameworks across diverse organisations
Experience with engaging senior audiences on complex and sensitive matters
Broad knowledge of financial products, regulations and markets
Robust and flexible approach to personal responsibilities
Excellent ability to plan and organise in an evolving and complex environment
Strong relationship building skills at all levels of the organisation
