As Director the principal requirement is to carry out portfolio valuations for institutional and corporate clients, supplemented by loan security valuations for banking clients and ad hoc valuations for a range of clients, as required.
Key deliverables
Deliver substantial fee income commensurate with role – equivalent to a minimum of 3x basic salary per annum
Contribute directly towards improving the team’s profitability
Provide sound and profitable advice, valuations and reports to clients, on time and to a high standard
Manage client teams providing deliverables to clients.
Deliver sector specialist advice (retail)
Provide accurate management information to the Head of the Department and Valuations Business Line as required
Undertake a role in the promotion and development of the Valuations offering within the wider BNP Paribas business
Contribute to Senior Surveyor, Surveyor and Graduate development

Essential qualifications
Educated to degree level
MRICS
Highly proficient in the use of Argus Investor and Developer and Excel
Essential experience
Demonstrable record of undertaking and delivery of portfolio and loan security valuations
Track record and current market knowledge of all property sectors throughout the UK (with a bias towards retail).Previous experience and evidence of enhancing performance through growth and profitability
