In this crucial role, you will help translate our vision into tangible, positive, lasting results, delivered through our people. Drawing on your considerable expertise, you will lead CQC’s People services in support of the organisation’s strategic and operational priorities and provide authoritative advice on employment related matters to the Chief Executive, Executive Team, the Chair and the Board.
Your role
As Director of People, you will be a leading figure in identifying organisational challenges and providing collaborative best practice Human Resources advice and guidance including organisational design and development, resourcing, performance and talent management. This is a post with high profile and considerable responsibilities. You will shape strategy at a senior level, taking the lead for people initiatives and ensuring that CQC is a caring, responsible and effective employer that values diversity as integral to the success of the organisation.
About you
An established senior leader in Human Resources, you are already recognised for the differences that you have made. You will bring a track record of achieving the highest standards, with a genuinely caring and collaborative approach. An inspirational strategic leader, you have the integrity, resilience and resourcefulness to make change happen, no matter how challenging.
