6 first line management reports, who are accountable for running their sales and technical support teams, covering an overall business headcount of approximately 65. This business is focused on sales of our Workstation, Desktop, Laptop and Tablet portfolio to large corporate and public sector End User customers. With high aspirational growth plans the role requires an individual with the gravitas and charisma to lead a multi-functional sales team selling into multiple industry sectors. Energy and ambition are a must with the ability to be both operational and strategic in their approach to sales management.

Managing the team to drive business growth within an existing customer base of Large Corporate and Public Sector Customers, ensuring that the business captures as much opportunity and revenue from the space, both through effective management of existing relationships and by executing the right go-to-market strategy to acquire new accounts.

Key Responsibilities
-Can take complete responsibility for their Business both from an operational and strategic perspective
-Hands on and inspirational leadership to ensure that the business pulls in one direction to achieve targets and goals.
-Can define and reviews Key Performance Indicators to ensure the achievement of business growth targets.
-Ensures PTI is delivered, costs are controlled and margins are protected in-line with regional strategy.
-Build on and deliver a business model for the team that is both transparent and robust.
-Instill rigor and discipline around account planning and account management. .
-Develop and manage relationships with major local accounts whilst maintaining focus on new business acquisition.
-Lead a cultural shift from a short term ‘target driven’ culture, to one of long term proactive relationship and pipeline building.

Position Requirements
-A leader with a proven track record of driving a significant end user customer sales team across the UK&I region
-Has a minimum of 10-15 years sales management experience preferably within the technology industry.
-Depth and breadth of understanding of large corporate clients in multiple industries
-Exposure to sales forecasting, self-management, team working and time management in a complex matrix environment.
-In-depth understanding of large scale relationship management with multinational businesses.
-The ability to formulate, negotiate and close large and complex deals at a high level within large corporate clients across multiple industry sectors.
