We are always on the look out for dynamic Resourcing Specialists to join the Recruitment Team based at Harrods Head Office in Hammersmith.Delivering a customer centric recruitment service, you will ensure a seamless candidate journey, while guiding stakeholders to make the right resourcing choices to deliver the right people at the right time. You will support hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process; from initial brief, recruitment marketing and CV screening, through to leading interviews and managing the offer process. Your knowledge of varied assessment and selection methods will enable you to provide a bespoke recruitment process where appropriate.

You will need to be able to spot a great application, but you will also be social media savvy by already using social media for candidate attraction and direct sourcing.
