Harrods Bank is currently looking for a Risk & Assurance Manager to join the team based at Head Office in Hammersmith.
As a member of the Harrods Bank Chief Operating Officer function, you will report to and support the Head of Operations & Assurance in ensuring Operations identify and manage all applicable risk exposures – including current and future risks - as well as the provision of controls adherence oversight in line with all Bank and regulatory requirements.

Ultimately, you will be required to minimise unnecessary risk, identify and escalate unacceptable risk, and to help drive a culture of risk awareness across Operations. In so doing, the role will support Operations to deliver a customer experience that aligns with the Harrods Bank Core Principles and Standards.

Alongside your main responsibilities, you will have line management responsibility for 2 KYC Analysts and 1 Risk Officer.
