We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to help drive key profitability and Free Cash Flow (FCF) initiatives internationally. Responsibilities will include:
Being the finance owner for two or three of these initiatives driving the project internationally
Setting up and maintaining overall project progress dashboard
Conduct various deep dive and ad hoc analysis needed for the projects
Ideation, testing and sizing of new ideas
Support developing and setting up standardized training program for the initiatives
Be the point of contact for a country for driving program level adoption
Participate and conduct project level trainings where applicable
Location - The position can be based in Munich or London.
Travelling – Moderate travelling should be expected as part of this role.
Basic Qualifications
Essential qualifications and personal attributes:
BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of relevant experience, including finance deep dives
Advanced Excel, financial modeling and reporting skills required
Strong ability to take a project from conception to execution
Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
MBA preferred
Experience in SQL or ETL
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
Strong ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
