We're looking for Paid Search Executives to join the team here at John Lewis Head Office, London, Victoria.
You will be responsible for supporting the planning, optimisation and execution of the paid search strategy. Operationally, you will support our in-house paid search campaigns to drive marketing efficiency whilst supporting market share ambition and customer conversion.

- Paid search experience with demonstrable experience managing enterprise level accounts, bid optimisation tools and creating strategy
- Experience of Paid Search tools such as: Google AdWords, Bing Ads
- Bid optimisation tools such as DoubleClick, Marin and Kenshoo
- Experience of creative thinking, delivering inspiring and relevant content whilst managing large data
- Experience of acting as a consultant to stakeholders who need deeper understanding of the role of paid search
- Experience of managing accounts with multi-million pound budgets
- Knowledge of the latest developments within paid search
- Experience of understanding customers, tone of voice and ability to drive
performance whilst protecting brand values
- Experience of multiple stakeholder management
- Paid search thinker who consistently is looking to find incremental gains and uses innovation to drive the performance agenda
- Experience of reviewing numbers and turning insights into actionable plansRequired desirable experience skills and qualificationsAlthough not essential, it would be an advantage to have:
- Business/Marketing degree or equivalent experience
- Experience of Advanced Paid Search tools such as: Attribution tools (Adometry and Visual IQ) and DMPs (Data Management Platforms)
- Strong online experience within retail
- CIM/IDM qualified
- GAP qualification
- Demonstrable understanding of how digital marketing channels work and can influence customer engagement
- Experience with feed optimisation or SQL
- Understanding of data feeds and tracking
