We are looking for a Uniformed Security Manager to oversee operations in the control room of our Knightsbridge store.
You will be responsible for the protection of our staff, customers, products and buildings. Protecting our store out of hours, you must be willing to work flexibly and adapt to changing shift patterns.

Using your attention to detail, you will operate and monitor all control room operations and ensure that all work adheres to DPA legislation and the SIA CCTV codes of practices. Should a major incident arise, you will take control and be the main point of contact for senior management and external agencies.

With your extensive management experience, you will drive the team’s workload and responsibilities, delivering expert training when needed. Thanks to your composed and personable manner, you will approach every incident calmly and efficiently and ensure all company procedures are followed.

To be successful you will have experience leading in a control room environment, a valid Public Space Surveillance CCTV SIA License, strong proven leadership and the ability to provide great customer service. Holding a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence and experience in retail security experience would be beneficial, but is not essential. You will also have a working knowledge of the Law e.g. PACE, Theft Act and DPA.
