The continually changing landscape of finance regulation is increasingly expanding.
The Operations Regulatory Control group is a centralised unit within Operations Control that is responsible for the oversight of regulation including FCA Transaction Reporting, Trade Reporting, Primary Dealer Reporting and Client Money and Assets (CASS).
The Operations Regulatory Control Change Management team works very closely with Compliance, Business, Technology, Finance and Operations to analyse, interpret, investigate, provide oversight and implement regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Member of the team responsible for the management, oversight and delivery of the program of EMEA Regulatory change including FCA Transaction Reporting, MiFID II Transaction Reporting implementation, Client Money and Assets (CASS) and other regulatory reporting feeding into Change Management and Quality Assurance lead.
Take responsibility for the front to back delivery of a MiFID II Transaction Reporting program stream.
Take ownership and ensure successful delivery of multiple projects across the Operations Regulatory Control Change Management roadmap, with particular focus on MiFIR / MiFID II transaction reporting implementation.
Qualifications

Knowledge / Experience:
In depth industry experience with strong product, front to back and technical knowledge
Strong working knowledge of FCA Transaction reporting and Trade reporting regulation.
Extensive project management skills and experience of managing large complex projects.
Strong people management skills with broad experience in matrix managing multiple teams of different work streams.
Multiple examples of delivery of on time and on budget projects that achieve business case stated outcomes.
Good stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance, change management and benefits realisation.
PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent qualified advantageous.
