• Customer facing digital expert who can connect with CMO/CIO’s to define Digital Strategy Roadmap
• Prior experience in CXO level interaction CMOs and CDOs to evangelize and strategize transformational initiative.
• Transformational consulting experience, areas of expertise
• Customer Experience Management
• Digital Marketing value chain
• Digital channel leverage (Web, Social, Mobile, etc + traditional channels)
• Managing and automating digital content and conversations.
• Data/analytics for digital intelligence
• Digital Commerce
• Governance/compliance of digital efforts
• Frequent speaker in industry forums and trade show on topics that influence Digital Enterprise is an added advantage
Desired Skills and Experience
• More than 15+ years of industry experience, at least 4+ years of consulting in advisory roles for Digital transformation
• Define DP strategy . Conversion of DP opportunity, Successfully manage large transformation program
