Job Responsibilities:
(Description): Position Title: HR DIRECTOR – Chertsey, UK Reports to: VP HR EMEA Primary Objective: The HR Director UK will be responsible for providing comprehensive generalist support to the business unit through the development, communication and implementation of efficient HR infrastructure, effective process, and business partner support in line with overall business strategy.

Collaborates with business clients and the broader HR organization to ensure a unified HR delivery approach.
Manages and evaluates current HR processes and programs to ensure maximum service delivery.
In conjunction with Senior Management Team, contribution to overall business strategy and subsequent production of HR Strategy in line with current business needs, market positioning and commercial context.
Acts as a change agent to align ADP’s human capital to the business strategy and contributes to make ADP the leading” practitioner” of Human Capital Management
Delivery of HR best practice model and business partner approach in support of general managers in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee development, resource planning, compensation and benefits, and organisational development etc., in collaboration with the Centers of Expertise.
Development of cohesive HR infrastructure and consistent framework to enable professional and efficient resource management within the business.
Delivery of key HR processes and policy into the business in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with overall strategic direction.
Development and integration of company policy, systems and process in compliance with Country/European guidelines.
Development and implementation of relevant change programmes in support of organisational development requirements.
Design and implementation of shared service model to other business units based within the UK.

Qualifications & Experience: § University graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines . CIPD preferred but not essential. § Formal coaching qualification or experience desirable. § Minimum seven (7) years’ experience as a senior HR practitioner in a multi-national organization with proven experience of working across different countries & cultures. § Successful experiences in a Matrix environment. § Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including consulting skills, presentation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels. § Well-developed influencing skills and ability to manage effectively in a matrix organization § Strong research, creativity and analytical skills as they relate to program & process design/development § Fluent in English, other languages an advantage LIESI ADP Leadership Expectations: Business Leadership - Creates and articulates a vision and inspires others to action

Experience, Skills, Academic:
§ University graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines .
