Job description
This role to support the Headphone Growth Initiative and reports into the European Category Business Manager.

Responsibilities include:
Developing and executing strategy, and sales and marketing plans for the headphone category in Europe
Drive all initiatives, activities and processes that contribute to product growth across countries and sales channels
Identify deviations in strategy plan and results, then trigger actions to adjust
Defining, planning and supervising the execution of new product introductions in Europe
Have comprehensive product understanding and knowledge
Perform market swings
Lead/Orchestrate the go-to-market process
Monitor results with sales management
Communicate business KPIs to the European Category Business Manager

Desired Skills and Experience
Excellent communication and presentaion skills are essential
Knowledge of the consumer electronics industry
Collaborative and strong relationship builder
Analytical skills
Must be willing to travel intensively
