Oracle runs its EMEA Consulting Services organization with a geographical focus and product (solution) focus.
Team
The traditional on-premise business is still a significant portion of the overall ERP business but at the same time the ERP & EPM SaaS business starts to pick up dramatically and needs a separate, centralized focus. This means that the EMEA Solution Lines will additionally drive the ERP & EPM SaaS strategy by providing dedicated leadership to this new business.
To help drive this transformation, we are looking for a few dynamic people in the ERP and EPM domains to be a part of the central team within the EMEA Solution Lines, and lead activities across EMEA.
Job Description
Own and drive business growth, by leading business development activities, and driving the requisite transfomation by being the SaaS champions.
In specific:
Be an acknowledged authority and “go-to” person in the domain area, and operate at an EMEA level
Proactive engagement and ongoing collaboration with Sales teams to significantly improve attach, and support key deals
Proactive engagement and ongoing collaboration with cluster teams to drive transformation: review business plan and progress, review pipeline, support with opportunities, review capacity and capability, put together gearing up plans, lead the capability building activity, support key projects
Capability building- product and SaaS mindset
Lead strategic initiatives in the domain area, enhance estimators, toolkits and methods
Strengthen alignment with Development
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills and Attributes
Well grounded in ERP concepts and a high-level appreciation of ERP business process across Finance, Projects, Procurement and Supply Chain. Expertise in one of the domain areas
Good understanding of ERP SaaS, and synergies with PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)
Sound understanding of SaaS philosophy and principles
Highly motivated, and a strong positive attitude
Sales orientation- track record of excelling in “selling” situations
Excellent verbal communication
Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty
Ability to work in a matrix structure
Travel – Approx 25.
