Job description
The EMEIA Consumer Channel Program Manager (APR) role is responsible for supporting Apple’s Consumer Channel Programs across EMEIA with the purpose of driving sales performance and quality of customer experience. The scope of the role focuses primarily on the Apple Premium Resellers (APR) Program, but also has responsibilities for other Retail Channel and Consumer Apple Authorized Reseller (AAR) Programs.

Description
He/she will be in an intersection between strategy and sales/operations, playing a pivotal role in connecting Worldwide (WW) Channel programs teams (who are ultimately responsible for defining the strategy and vision for the programs) with the regional and local sales team (who will be mostly focused with operations and execution in the field). His/her close cooperation with the Worldwide (WW) Channel programs teams will be mostly focused on defining the program formats, driving value-adding initiatives/projects and agreeing on the associated metrics of performance and deployment needs. He/she will be responsible for understanding, defining, sharing and deploying "best practice" models in the region, across a multitude of different areas and topics related to retail operations, and feeding results back into WW teams. In addition, his/her responsibilities extend into identifying, defining and deploying "pilot programs” designed to resolve qualified issues and working with WW teams to initially justify, qualify and implement said pilots. He/she needs to forge close relationships with the aforementioned WW, Regional/Local Sales teams but also cross-functionally with SP&O (Sales Planning), Marcom, Finance and Legal teams, among others, to maximize the chances of success of all responsible programs. The role is an integral part of the EMEIA Channel proposition and reports to the EMEIA Channel Development Director.
Education
Ideally BSc/BA educated, MBA preferred.

This role forms a part of the CS&D team which is responsible for the Pan EMEIA activity that supports our core channel programs, channel terms and business development tools and communications driving sales in our target segments
(consumer, education, business).The team members have to engage with the Regional Sales Directors to ensure that regional needs are addressed and work closely with WW teams to ensure consistency of these programs globally and alignment to our core messages as a company. CS&D team manage the infrastructure tools and processes to support the Commercial and Retail channel demand generation and sales activities at an EMEIA level. Responsible for planning, developing, maintaining and publishing overs ASW the required set of programs and campaigns for our Retail and Commercial channels to deliver demand growth for Apple products.The team is also accountable for defining and documenting our processes in EMEIA when it comes to new channel terms, new channel development initiatives"
