Director - Fundraising, Partnerships & Communications - CARE International - London

Job description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Fundraising, Partnerships & Communications Director to provide strategic direction, management and leadership to the fundraising, partnerships and communications teams. You will be a strong leader but also a team worker, able to use the strengths of your teams to deliver outstanding work to challenging targets. You will have a thorough understanding of voluntary fundraising with a proven track record of unrestricted growth and the ability to lead pitches and sell CARE. You will be a strategic thinker who has the ability to integrate and bring big picture synergy to our external facing output.


The role has responsibility for the development, implementation and monitoring of a robust and effective fundraising, marketing, partnerships and communications strategy, including all aspects of the way CIUK presents itself externally and internally, through its fundraising, marketing, communications and information materials and activities. As part of the Senior Management Team the role is directly involved in the development and implementation of organisation wide and longer term strategic plans, as well as participating in the evolution of CARE International global strategies and initiatives.
