Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Regulatory Change to join our Regulatory Relations department in London. You will be responsible for analysing multiple major regulatory change items and assist LOB compliance and LOB areas in preparing for and implementing those regulatory changes. You will act as the EMEA subject matter expert on the regulatory change process and act as the interface with Corporate Compliance on that process. You will have an opportunity to develop relationships with Regional COO Team and other LOBs. You will have a chance to work on regulatory changes related to MIFID II and MAD/MAR impacting all GBAM lines of business in EMEA as well as on non-EMEA regulatory change involving Volcker and Dodd-Frank.
As Regulatory Change your main responsibilities will involve:
Identifying, reviewing and analysing of major regulatory changes
Assisting EMEA compliance teams in their implementation of regulatory changes
Provision of regular and ad hoc summary and detailed reports on regulatory changes
Management and oversight of the Regulatory Change process within EMEA ensuring completion of regular ERCM tool updates and monthly routines by the allocated compliance officers, data feeds and deadlines being met and coordination with Corporate Compliance representatives, LOB compliance and CCO’s who use the tool to capture key changes in regulation in order to feed appropriately into the ERCM process
Identifying key regulatory themes using regulatory news subscriptions and other sources of information where relevant.
Providing reporting on regulatory change to support management decisions and oversight

As Regulatory Change Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Ability to analyse proposed regulations
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Ability to communicate well with all levels
Ability to work under pressure and escalate appropriately
Excellent organizational skills
Experience in LOB compliance area
Sound judgment
Understanding of fixed income would be beneficial
