Job Description:
The Newly Appointed Role Will
Sit on the leadership team of National Market (NM) Consulting - Work closely with Partners and Directors across Management Consulting to: drive business growth; deliver outstanding client work; and be the face of PAS within the NM - Lead the senior level conversations on the People and Change agenda with our National Market clients
Drive the focus on the HR and change management response to transformation programmes in National Markets, whether driven by regulation, cost or customer concerns
Take a significant role in the growth of the team and wider practice, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of team members.
Qualification, Skills And Experience
We are seeking to appoint a Director with extensive experience of working within various industry segments in National Markets – including FS, Retail and others.
This is a high profile role, with accountability for the development and delivery of the NM PAS strategy; requiring a balance of business development / sales origination, client delivery and business leadership.
Qualifications such as:
CIPD, Occupational Psychology, MBA, Prince2 and Coaching would be beneficial but not essential.
