Job Description
Recruit new and develop current SI and VAR partners, driving SaaS revenue and scaling the regional professional services capability to support SugarCRM growth
Operate within a fast moving and highly disruptive firm, collaborating with SugarCRM Sales, Marketing and Services teams. The incoming Director will have the experience and gravitas to develop effective partnerships with CRM focused GSIs and leading Regional SI’s and VARs
Candidate Profile:
High integrity, driven, smart and collaborative
Minimum 10-years Alliances experience in related enterprise software UK markets
Extensive experience gained in CRM domain or related Enterprise Apps
Creates trusted and high value “mutual return” partner relationships
Track-record of $ 1m + SaaS Sales via industry recognised employers and / or partners
Exceptional written and personal communications skills
Fluent in English, preferably a second language of French or German
Reporting into VP Alliances EMEA
