Job Description
Wipro has an exciting opportunity for a new Business Development Manager to target key logos in the Capital Markets sector in the Europe. We are seeking exemplary BDM’s with the aptitude to deliver against a revenue target & OB.

Responsibilities:

Proactively hunt for target organisations in the Capital Markets sector to provide BPO, Application Development, Infrastructure Solutions, Consulting and other IT solutions across Wipro’s service lines
Create strong client relationships and develop lasting trusted advisory with key CxO’s within the client organisations
Meet and exceed revenue and order book targets as defined. Achieve profitability, contribution and collection norms and create a business plan applicable for the geography, demonstrating your knowledge of the industry, partners and forums that will create the required visibility

’End to End’ pursuit management
Ability to create entry level value propositions at senior board level to demonstrate key areas of business value to generate outsourcing opportunities
Demonstrate sales acumen through rigor of sales strategy definition and creation, ability to quantify and qualify accordingly
Build credibility, gain market share in the territory
An appreciation of the Global Delivery Model would be an advantage
High impact collaboration and fostering team working with Wipro service lines
Experience required to manage complex and multi-threaded pursuits
Work with pursuit teams to generate Proposals and Bid Responses and nurture the relationship
Desired Skills and Experience
Required Skills & Experience:

Solid Sales Hunter, with a track record of working with top level accounts with project revenues of $4-5m in the first year
Strong consultative approach, with a background of selling across multiple service lines according to Wipro’s core offerings and be able to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
Strong background in selling Consulting solutions, Business Process Outsourcing, Business Application Services, Analytics and Information Management, Technology Infrastructure Services
Experience of selling to C Level clients within the sector
Strong Interpersonal Skills – proven record of building and maintaining relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels
Proven track record in delivering against multi-million dollar revenue targets year on year, backed with experience of selling complex technology driven solutions to marque client accounts within the sector
