Job Description
To develop and expand the sale of our capabilities and services to major European Healthcare OEM’s as well as drive results by managing and supporting others.

Preferably located in Germany or the UK. Language proficiency in English and German required. Please note that this is a remote position and can be performed from a home office.
BS degree in Engineering or Sciences, MBA desirable.
Exceptional communication skills. Must be capable of persuasive communication both externally and internally.
Five plus years of healthcare contract manufacturing services experience.
Established relationships with Top 30 Medical device companies.
Knowledge of electronics and mechanical industry.
Requires approximately 50-60% domestic and international travel.
Previous experience managing strategic accounts with a revenue in excess of $10M.
Previous experience managing and training subordinates.

Key Responsibilities
Create strategic and tactical account plans aimed at achieving Business Unit healthcare revenue and profitability objectives.
Monitor account performance vs. account plan and redirect efforts when goals are not being achieved.
Meet or exceed booking and objectives and MBO’s including development of new accounts, as well as identify, target and engage customers that fit our account profile.
Provide accurate forecasts in SalesForce.com including opportunities and risks.
Manage customer communication to the appropriate support teams, Business Unit, Design, Finance, Legal, Management, Operations, Quality Regulatory and Technical Business Development.
Develop high impact quotations, proposals and presentations to key decision makers and senior level management.
Ability to leverage all available corporate resources to close significant business opportunities.
Drive all projects to successful launch.
Participate in Quarterly Business reviews and the NPS process.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Create customer/product penetration strategies and the deployment of such for new accounts.
Interpret and communicate customer requirements to enable development of services and operational capabilities to support new customers and business opportunities.
Adhere to company policy.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
