Job Description:
Strategic Account Director to position and sell licenses for Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Suite of Solutions for Governance, Risk and Compliance within our key named accounts in the UK.
These solutions include financial services specific applications such as Basel III, Data Foundation, Enterprise Performance Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk and Compliance Management, Customer Insight for Financial Services, Financial Crime and Compliance Management
Primary objectives:
ü Satisfy revenue targets for licenses and services across the OFSAA Suite of Solutions within our strategic accounts in the UK.
ü Competency in positioning the portfolio at a “C” level
ü Building a deep and active engagement model with Clients
ü Creating a tailored ‘case for transformation’ and solution proposal with supporting business case for each opportunity
ü Close opportunities in a timely and managed process
ü Sales lead generation and pipeline management
ü Lead FSGBU strategic account plan and coverage model
Desired Skills and Experience
Seasoned software sales / account management professional with experience selling Banking Analytics, Enterprise Risk Management or Compliance software licenses to large UK banks.
Extensive key account management skills
Deep knowledge about the local banking industry is vital.
Ability to bring in insights about the emerging trends in banks’ buying patterns relative to enterprise risk management and compliance systems is vital
Excellent communication and networking skills
Proven network of executive level contacts within the UK banking community.
Knowledge of IT and Banking
Proven problem solving capacity, including needs analysis and business justification skills
Ability to travel as required
