The Service Delivery Executive position is responsible for a direct-report team of 5 and a wider team of 30 people, predominantly engineers, architects, engineering managers and client delivery managers. He/ she will set the vision of the UK&I Region, empowering teams to achieve results and build an award winning team.
Role & Responsibilities
• Drive profitable services revenue growth through sales pursuits aligned to an account plan, and new addressable markets
• Influence customer decision making via compelling points of view, thought leadership on technology drivers for their business; and a high degree of credibility with both their business and IT executives
• Act as the single point of delivery ownership for the entire Services Portfolio
• Full accountability for achieving Operational Excellence in Advanced Services, Technical Services, CMS, Security and Consulting

Desired Skills
