Job Description:
Quantcast, a revolutionary audience intelligence and addressable advertising company, has aggressive plans for expansion and is creating a new role for Strategic Accounts. The Strategic Accounts Director will be an experienced digital media executive with direct experience working within or with top-tier advertising agencies, and have a deep knowledge of digital direct response, brand advertising, programmatic, and attribution. This role is a mix of project managing account development planning, developing strategy for premier accounts, as well as participating in client meetings.
This individual will be based in London and working with sales and sales operations teams. This is the first role of its kind in the business and thus an ideal fit for an entrepreneurial individual who wants to make an impact and grow within the organization. The position offers high visibility both internally and externally.



Responsibilities
Develop account strategy resulting in new and incremental business from agencies and clients.
Lead the approach and strategy for Quantcast’s top clients or those with high potential to become Quantcast’s top clients (strategic pitch and QBR approach, coaching the team through development, identifying success and opportunities for scaling to drive client's specific business focus (e.g. Scaling customer acquisition) and ensuring end-to-end customer service excellence)
Work with Marketing and Product to create specialized clear and concise go-to market materials for strategic accounts
Continually seek to scale strategic accounts by taking advantage of new products, services and technology and anticipating changes in market practices, industry trends, process etc.
Work collaboratively with sales, client service teams and management around the strategic development of our client services, including new product launches, thought leadership pieces, visual aids, and tiered service levels
Provide strategic counsel to specified clients when requested
Manage on-boarding process of all new accounts – act as central project manager within Quantcast to ensure improvement in client servicing and smoother end-to-end process for strategic accounts or those with high potential
Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence
Contribute to business development and thought leadership activities, and play a significant role in long term business planning
Develop a culture of teamwork which leads to operational excellence, high performance, and best in market client servicing and output

Requirements
10+ years sales/agency experience in online advertising. Strong agency relationships required.
Candidate will have experience as a digital director or strong history in the formulation of strategic and tactical brand and response plans
Strong understanding of programmatic, attribution, and the overall digital landscape.
Strong client facing experience and ability to influence key decision makers at all levels.
Proven track record of establishing and exceeding team and individual goals.
Strategic thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead internal/external stakeholders.
Strong storytelling ability.
Active in industry trade and networking events.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong attention to detail and ability to QA own work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
