Develop and implement growth and new service offer strategies for Business Unit (BU)
Shape the long-term strategic direction of accounts within BU
Responsible for organic growth of existing accounts and identification of new opportunities (for Digital and cross-discipline / OpCos) from existing clients
Ensure quality-standards are maintained across all client work

Financial reporting – accountable for monthly billing, quarterly forecasting and rolling updates, sign off of monthly billings and negotiation of rates and estimates (with Director of Client Finance)
Resource – responsible for forecasting and managing appropriate resourcing for BU
Drive new business and marketing function for BU (as agreed with Management), leading / contributing to pitches
People Management
Lead and motivate staff to fulfil their potential
Undertake line management responsibilities
Participate in recruitment and staff retention initiatives
Client Liaison
Maintain and build strong relationships with senior clients
Maintain social contact with clients
Undertake regular reviews of client satisfaction and company performance
Establish and maintain role as consultant/advisor to client
Ensure team are providing added value/proactive ideas and solutions to clients on a regular basis
