Job Description:
Facebook is looking for the highest caliber executive to spearhead the company’s strategic relationships with Business clients for the Turkish market. The candidate must have senior executive contacts across the region’s largest companies, extensive media knowledge, great communication skills and the ability to deliver high-end deals.
This full-time role will report into the Country Manager for Turkey. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneur who understands the start up mentality in the region as well as other more seasoned businesses. We are looking for someone that has extensive experience in selling cross-network marketing solutions to multichannel advertisers. Having experience managing both brand and performance based campaigns and advertising products, with an ability to leverage data and analytics to improve performance for digital campaigns is required. Client Partners must have strong consultative sales and analytical skills; functional and vertical expertise: thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment, and have a passion for Facebook. Success in this position will require a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers, comfortable owning initiatives for the market as well ecosystem partners (PMD’s and Agencies) close new business, and provide holistic marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
Define and drive Facebook's Turkish business unit and develop the overall customer proposition in the short, mid and long term
Prospect and penetrate client, media and advertising organizations to obtain branded advertising
Develop and execute strategy to ensure growth and achievement of key accounts (regional/national) and revenue objectives
Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts
Drive the highest levels of client service and improve relationships and process
Build and maintain senior level clients by identifying incremental and business transformation opportunities
Collaborate with internal, cross market/regional teams to ensure product improvement, transfer knowledge, improving process/client relationship
Actively participate in the Turkish leadership team and global teams where appropriate, embracing company culture, mission, and strategy
Develop, retain and motivate existing team while recruiting for new members and continually raising the bar for talent and capabilities
Drive overall operational efficiency across sales, marketing and business operations
Act as the spokesperson for Facebook at relevant industry events
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business related subject is preferred
15+ years relevant experience in marketing, sales and management
Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering sales targets in excess of company expectations
Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve their best with a team approach
Personal network in place with regional C Level executives
Experience working with and knowledge of ecommerce, retail or online services verticles
Deep understanding of television, Internet and other media advertising
High caliber sales and marketing professional with experience working across multiple geographies
Results and detail orientated with a very hands on approach
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem solving/decision making skills
Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
